Club runs
Gaby Neher leads trail runs on Thursdays, 6.30 pm, and the current meeting point is at the White Lion, Town Street, Bramcote. Gaby is not free this week but regular Thursday runners are welcome to meet up as usual; please comment on her Facebook post if you are intending to go (at least two will be running tonight!).
Friday, 19 August: NO CLUB RUN TONIGHT as it’s the Castle Rock 10K. Nice and local to us, lots of Beestonites will be running round University Park, NG7 2RD at 7.00 pm. Look forward to seeing you all there. It's also the Notts County Champs 10K race with the presentation afterwards. There will be beer.
Saturday, 20 August: See you at Beeston parkrun, 9.00 am at the Weirfields, Beeston Rylands NG9 1LZ http://www.parkrun.org.uk/beeston/. Details of other local parkruns including Wollaton Hall are also available on the web link.
Sunday, 21 August: Please meet at 8.50 am for a 9.00 am start from Stanton Gate, Moorbridge Lane but please check Facebook in case of any updates.
Tuesday, 23 August: The speed session: these are usually at the Moor Lane running track, NG9 3FH (though there may sometimes be hills elsewhere!). Further details of the session will be posted on Facebook. Sessions start at 6.30 pm; please arrive early to warm up if appropriate.
Wednesday, 24 August: Please arrive at 6.25 for 6.30 pm depart, Chilwell Olympia. Neil will post the routes on Facebook as usual.

The Stilton Stumble Team has been in touch: entries are open for this race on Sunday, 16th October via a link at https://stiltonstumble.com/ . This is a 10K race, cost £22 for affiliated runners – with a piece of cheese at the end (good if you like Stilton!).
