1. Club runs 14 to 19 December 2018 inclusive
Friday, 14 December – it’s the Club’s party night 🎄📯🎼💃🕴so please check on Facebook to see if anyone fancies running from Chilwell Olympia at 6.25 for 6.30 pm depart.
Saturday, 15 December – Beeston parkrun, 9.00 am at the Weirfields, Beeston Rylands NG9 1LZ http://www.parkrun.org.uk/beeston/ . A good cure for hangovers followed by breakfast at Tony’s.😎🍲
Sunday, 16 December – the weekly Sunday run is from Moorbridge Lane, Stanton Gate, meeting time is 8.50 am to start at 9.00 am, distance about 10 miles over footpaths and trails.
Tuesday, 18 December: Dave Bish will be in charge. Meet at 6.15 pm at the start of the access road to the Uni of Nottingham Sports Centre. Further details on Facebook.
Tuesday Rebel Runners, Chilwell, The Village Hotel: This is usually a 5K run (sometimes with other options); details of the run are posted weekly on the Rebel Runners Facebook page. Meet 6.30 pm in the foyer for 6.40 pm depart.
Wednesday, 19 December – there will be a training run from Chilwell Olympia; meet in the foyer at 6.25 for a 6.30 pm depart. Distance 5-7-10 miles. Penny Page will also be there to lead the improvers on a run. Please remember to wear something light/hi-vis.

3. Well done: to everyone who did the Litton fell race and Turkey Trot last Sunday, some excellent times and PBs – thanks also to those who supported, including Mark Rowlson on his bike (at the top of the hills of course 😌), Karen, Ken and Pat. What a massive turnout! Apologies to anyone I have missed.
4. Cross Country
The National Cross Country Championships will be at Harewood House near Leeds on Saturday, 23 February. Dan has a plan for people to drive up (car sharing if possible) with the option of a stop-over in Leeds (Premier Inn, Leeds City Centre, Whitehall Road is suggested) on Saturday. The Midlands XC Championships are at Newbold Comyn, Leamington on Saturday 26 January. Money needs to be with Dan (£9) by the end of December.
