Instead, everyone is invited to meet up in advance for a slow run/ warm up from Beeston/Chilwell up to Bramcote Park in good time for the race which starts at 11 am. This is a lovely friendly event, one lap for the ladies (2.5 miles or 4K) and two for the gents (double the distance!), taking in the fields and woods in Bramcote Park. If you haven’t done cross country before, this is a great one to start with.

The Couch to 5K course also starts today at 9.00 am, Chilwell Olympia. Helpers are welcome!
