Message from Mark Rowlson: A quick explanation for new members. The Summer League is a series of races organised by Notts AAA. These races are open to all clubs affiliated to Notts AAA. The distances range from 5 miles to 10K on road or trail. There is no need to pre-enter these races and they are free to enter for members. Simply turn up in your club vest and run. You will be given a finishing token at the end. Please pass this token to me or what you'll probably end up doing is wait for me to finish and then pass the token to me! All races are on a Wednesday and start at 7.15pm.
