Hello everyone – details of news and runs below.
Urgent call for marshals for the Notts 10 Mile Road Race, next Saturday, 11th March, 2.00 pm: the Club is helping to run this race along with Holme Pierrepont RC and we still need a couple more marshals to help with the water station and the start/finish area. Please email Mark Rowlson or this email address if you are able to help out.
Rushcliffe 10K and Fun Run: this race is back on Sunday, 26th March. The 10K will be at 11.00 am with the fun run at 10.00 am. Entries are available at https://www.entryhub.co.uk/2023-rushcliffe-10k .
Notts County Championships Fell race, 19th March 2023: information about the race is now on the Notts AAA website at https://www.nottsaaa.org/landingpage/fell-county-champs-2022 . Please note mandatory kit requirements.
Final Cross Country League Results for 2022/3 are attached; well done to the winners Andrew Taplin and Caitlin Bradbury.

Club Runs
Thursday, 2 March: Gaby Neher leads trail runs on Thursdays, 6.20 for 6.30 pm, and the current meeting point is at the White Lion, Town Street, Bramcote. Please take a charged head or chest torch (not for much longer!), wear hi-viz and trail shoes.
Friday, 3 March: 6.25 for 6.30 pm depart, Chilwell Olympia. Toilets and changing rooms are open. Please wear hi-viz/light clothing and bring a chest or head torch. It’s the Toton and Chilwell route, about 5.5 miles long.
Saturday, 4 March: Beeston parkrun will be on at 9.00 am at the Weirfields, Beeston Rylands NG9 1LZ http://www.parkrun.org.uk/beeston/. Details of other local parkruns including Wollaton Hall are also available on the web link.
Sunday, 5 March: Please check Facebook to see if there is a club run this Sunday.
Tuesday, 7 March, 6.30 pm, speed session: Fellrunner Dave is in charge tonight. Please meet at the yellow gate by Portland Building, University Park for a tempo and continuous hills session. https://www.strava.com/segments/33851751
