Well done: to everyone who ran in the North Midlands XC League last Saturday, some great results!
Membership: You should also have received an email from Dan Rawson, our Treasurer, advising that for the majority membership fees are now payable for 2022/3. Club runs
Friday, 21 January: 6.25 for 6.30 pm depart, Chilwell Olympia. The run will be through the nature reserve, Canalside and back via Beeston so please bring a head or chest torch for the off road section. Toilets and changing rooms are available at Chilwell Olympia.
Saturday, 22 January: See you at Beeston parkrun, 9.00 am at the Weirfields, Beeston Rylands NG9 1LZ http://www.parkrun.org.uk/beeston/. Details of other local parkruns (including Wollaton Hall) are also available on the web link. Sunday, 23 January: No club run from Stanton Gate today as (hopefully!) we are all going to the East Midlands Cross Country League race at Holme Pierrepont NG12 2LU, race 11.00 am. There may be a charge for parking (£5 at weekends). The Sunday runners will be participating in the East Midlands League races for the next 4 weeks.
Tuesday, 25 January: Speed session – details will be posted on Facebook. Sessions start at 6.30 pm and please arrive early to warm up if appropriate.
Wednesday, 26 January: please arrive at 6.25 for 6.30 pm depart, Chilwell Olympia. Neil will post the routes on Facebook as usual. Gaby Neher is also leading trail runs most Thursdays, 6.30 pm which usually start by the Moor Lane running track, NG9 3FH. Details to follow on Facebook. |

Summer League Info for 2022 (all between 5-6 miles in length, mixed surface). These are free to enter for Club members, just turn up in your vest:

County Championship Races for 2022
5K Newstead Abbey Dash (provisionally 22 July 2022) 10K Formula One (early August) Half Marathon Retford, Sunday 6 March 2022 – entries now open Marathon TBA [The Notts 10 mile race is unlikely to go ahead.]
The Belper 30K still has places at https://www.evententry.co.uk/The-Belper-Rover-2022 . The race is on Sunday, 14 August, 9.00 am (8.00 am for walkers).
Early bird entries for the Eyam Half Marathon on 15 May are available at https://eyamhalfmarathon.org.uk/ .
